Bryon was great to work with. He helped me sell my old house and purchase a new one. He was always quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the time he spent showing me a bunch of properties until we found the right one. When we finally did, he had the paperwork ready and the offer was sent in the same day. He also coordinated the closings for both the sale and purchase to happen on the same day, which was exactly what I needed.
On closing day there was a bit of an ice storm, and Bryon even went to the new house while I finished the paperwork and salted the driveway so I could move in without slipping on the ice. That really meant a lot. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I can’t thank Bryon enough for taking care of everything!
