With 10 years of real estate experience, Laura enjoys helping buyers, sellers and builders make informed decisions with confidence. She has extensive experience in new construction, land purchases, and residential home sales, giving clients valuable insight whether they’re building a custom home, purchasing land, or buying an existing home.
As a Certified New Construction Specialist (CSP), Laura has represented both builders and buyers throughout the construction process. Combined with her experience serving on the Town of Ballston Planning Board, she offers a practical understanding of zoning, development, and home construction that few agents can provide.
Laura also has a background in design and home staging, helping sellers showcase their homes and buyers see the possibilities in a space. Clients appreciate her patience, knowledge, honest communication, and strong advocacy throughout every transaction. She believes buying or selling a home shouldn’t feel overwhelming, and she’s committed to making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Outside of real estate, Laura is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Business & Professional Association (BH-BL BPA), helping organize community events and support local businesses, and also serves on the Board of Directors for Youth for Christ.
