Before transitioning full-time into residential real estate sales, Mackenzie spent more than a decade with The Galesi Group in Schenectady, where she served in a property and project management role overseeing residential and commercial real estate operations throughout the Capital Region. During that time, she collaborated on large-scale development and construction projects, including luxury apartment and condominium developments, managed day-to-day operations for commercial properties, coordinated leasing and marketing initiatives, handled vendor and contractor relationships, and assisted in capital improvement and budgeting projects. Her experience also included condominium development and sales, construction oversight, procurement, value engineering, and maintaining high occupancy and lease renewal rates across multiple properties.
