Richard “Rick” Gargiulo is a native of Saratoga Springs and enjoys spending time with family at their homes in Saratoga Springs and Bolton Landing, New York. Real Estate has always been an important thread in Rick’s life, including buying, selling, building, and renovating homes.
Working in new construction with some of the areas most successful and driven builders has been a focal point for several years enabling him to have his thumb on the pulse of the new construction aspect. Coming from healthcare and healthcare management, Rick has mastered the art of organization and keeping things in order for his clients.
